30+ Hours A Week Cook/Chef At Brewski Bar

Brewski is a proudly family-owned independent Craft Beer bar located in the dynamic Caxton Street Precinct. For the past 10 years Brewski has established itself as one of the top ten beer bars in Australia. We are open 7 days a week from 12 - 9pm for food service. 

Along with some of the best craft beer on the planet, our customers have come to expect food served with love using local, boutique produce when possible. We have a strong reputation and have been delivering quality dude food to compliment the highly curated tap and wine list. 

We are looking for an experienced Cook/Chef who will love working in a small team and getting the opportunity to work independently. 

You'll be dependable, have a true love of food, have highest food hygiene standards, work well under pressure, work autonomously, and have a fun, easy-going personality. You will be part of a small team to work alongside but will also need to work solo from time-to-time for prep and lunch services. 

We are looking for a Cook/Chef for 30 - 38 hours a week. 

Job tasks and responsibilities

You will have the following experience and qualifications;

• REAL work experience of 2 years + in service essential
• Experience at peak service times, game days get busy
• Full knowledge of food safety, cleanliness & maintenance requirements
• Experience using a Pro-Q Smoker also an advantage, but not essential
