lark Equipment's growing forklift division are seeking an energetic and driven internal Sales Cadet that has the right attitude, drive, and determination to succeed in a high paced and competitive environment. This role gives you the opportunity to learn the Clark Forklift range, and the customers we support, whilst providing you with the skills to succeed within the business and opportunities to advance within sales departments and beyond.
As a relatively small national sales team you have a chance to make a big splash and propel your sales to the next level!
What we are looking for:
A can-do attitude and a passion to succeed are the core attributes that are necessary to for this role. We are looking for an individual who is a committed self-starter with a drive to succeed & the ability to follow company principles.
The position is ideally suited to applicants looking to kick start (or turbo charge) a career in sales. They need to be IT savvy and hungry to grow their customer base. Whilst no technical experience in forklifts is required, an interest in equipment and how it works would be strongly valued.

Responsibilities will include:
Based in our Hornsby Head Office, the key responsibility of the successful candidate is sales growth of the Clark forklift range within the territory area of Sydney North.
This includes:
- Gathering new email contacts and development of leads
- Focus on new warehouse products, rentals and used equipment
- Develop and convert new, rental and used equipment sales opportunities.
- Identify & develop new prospects, customers, and key accounts.
- Manage online listings across a number of platforms
- Work within company systems and processes including Salesforce CRM
