We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join our motivated team! Work along-side our driven sales team and grow the sales revenue within the Australian forklift market with a focus on new customers.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for identifying new and potential clients by growing, maintaining and leveraging the network.
- Support the National/Key Accounts and ADM sales teams with sales opportunities.
- Create reports relevant to Business Development activity on a regular basis.
- Assist in the development of proposals / solutions for client needs and requirements.
- Ensure attendance at regular meetings with clients and company practice leaders.
Requirements for success:
- Ability to deliver strong sales results highly preferred in capital equipment, B2B outbound or rental solutions, with a proven track record in meeting sales targets
- Be a dynamic and driven sales professional
- A high level of interpersonal, time management, communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to formulate commercially acceptable proposals and steer purchasing/tender processes
