3PL/CFS and Quarantine Coordinator

Arrow Transport, Logistics and Quarantine services is looking for a 3PL/Container Freight Station (CFS) and Quarantine Coordinator to join our growing team in Perth at our Kewdale site!

We take pride in delivering the best service to our clients and are looking for an individual to support us in meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations in our CFS warehouse and in our Quarantine services. 

As a 3PL/CFS and Quarantine coordinator, you be responsible for liaising and coordinating with clients, Quarantine personnel, carriers and internal stakeholders. You will be an integral part of our operations team. 

 Tasks & Responsibilities:  

• Liaise with clients, carriers, internal stakeholders to meet and exceed customer’s expectations.
• Coordinate container unpacking and packing operations.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Customs and Biosecurity regulations. 
• Perform data entry/job entry and administrative tasks accurately. 
• Manage container and truck load processing efficiently. 
• Deliver exceptional customer service. 
• Handle LCL delivery bookings. 
• Ability to learn new systems as required.
• Investigate and resolve any warehousing rate issues or dispute (prior to invoicing)
• Assist with client invoicing 
• Liase and be first point of contact for Quarantine personnel 
• Responding to customer queries

As the successful candidate you will possess the following: 

• Proficient computer skills 
• High level of attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry 
• Strong problem-solving skills to address customer and internal stakeholder queries. 
• Demonstrated ability to organise and plan, meet rigid and conflicting demands and deadlines, along with the ability to adapt to changed priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to produce clear and accurate communications that are appropriate for their intended audience.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
