The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Building Manager/Facilities Manager to join their team and look after a high end Residential Building on a permanent basis. There are 5 locations you can take your pick from to suit your lifestyle.
Your days will include but not be subject to:
- Management of all contractors on site
- Manage the delivery of services across all assets
- Liaising with Owners & Executive Committee
- Create and present monthly reports
- Maintaining up to date documentation and compliance
- On-Call for any emergencies
To be considered for this position you MUST have previous experience working in a similar Building Manager/Facilities Manager position. Previous experience also working across both residential & mixed-use buildings would be an advantage. You will possess the following attributes:
- Previous building manager/facilities management experience is non-negotiable
- Exceptional presentation
- Excellent Written & reporting skills
- Proactive to work autonomously and direct an assistant
- Knowledge of Strata Schemes, Statutory Legislation & WHS
- Strong organisational & time management skills
