Form of workQueensland has an abundant ecosystem that requires proactive and calculated management of its biosecurity and native fauna and flora. The opportunity has arisen for an HR Advisor to provide administration support to the Manager of Human Resources.
About the Role:
- Providing practical advice and guidance to internal clients on legislation, industrial instruments and policies.
- Supporting the Principal HR Officer by providing advice to staff and supervisors
- Producing a variety of reports from departmental systems and providing to business areas to assist in decision making
- Providing advice to leaders regarding human resource issues and provide advice and guidance that balances employee and organisational interests.
- Preparing correspondence including but not limited to letters, reports, submissions, guidelines on a range of HR issues for internal and external stakeholders.
About you:
- You will ideally have HR Government Experience within the public sector
- You will Experience in workforce data analytics including PowerBi.
- You will have intermediate to advanced IT Skills
- You will have Extensive Human resources experience in a large multidisciplinary environment
- You will ideally have Knowledge of and the ability to interpret relevant industrial Acts, Awards, and frameworks.
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder engagement.
- You will have well-developed Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word skills.
