Deliver culturally appropriate in home support services to our Aged Elders whilst working with the largest employer of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in NSW.
- Support Worker Positions available for Entry Level & Experienced applicants
- Permanent Part-Time & Casual contracts available with hourly rate of $28.01p/h - $33.94p/h + 11% super
- Travel Allowance of $0.92 per KM PLUS paid travel time between clients
- Northern NSW location and surrounding suburbs includingGlen Innes, Quirindi & Moree.
Key Mandatories:
- Current Australian Driver's License and ownership of a reliable insured vehicle
- Fully vaccinated (2) for Covid-19
- Live within 15-20km radius to enjoy a convenient commute and support your local community
- Be compassionate, empathetic & respectful
Your New Role:
- Help at Home: Domestic assistance such as cleaning, laundry, vacuuming, bed making, and meal preparation
- Safety Practices: such as safe manual handling & driver awareness
- Client Awareness: such as social interaction, client observations & ongoing training & support
- Social & Wellbeing***: such as accompanying our Elders to their doctor appointment/s, shopping & social outings
- Personal Care***: Personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing, help at mealtime & medication prompting
