The Role
This role works under the general direction of the Manager, Academic Support Services to provide a wide range of professional services to support the Department Chairs and academic staff in a university.
Responsibilities:
- Process and amend sessional staff and teaching data within Excel.
- Support the Faculty's Academic Groups and assist with preparation of documents.
- Deliver administrative support to the Department Chairs, including correspondence, and booking and coordinating meetings when required.
- Provide diary and email management when required.
Skills & Experience required:
- Demonstrated high level project or administrative support experience (preferably within Higher Education)
- Experience in high volume data entry, reporting and data analysis
- High level organisational and time management skills.
- Resilient and flexible attitude.
- High level experience using Excel, Word, and Outlook.
A current Working with Children's check is required for this position
