The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity exists for you to join the Autocare Customer Care Team at our Laverton North location. Providing excellent customer service and administrative support to one of our major clients, you would enjoy working in a fun, fast paced team environment. You will help ensure the smooth delivery of Autocare's business objectives, assisting in the growth of the business through your positive attitude responding to enquiries.
This role is responsible for maintaining customer relationships by working collaboratively with Autocare's operation teams forming partnerships which provide solutions to customers responding to queries as well as various administrative tasks contributing to other areas of the Autocare business.
About You
You are customer-focused, enjoy a fast paced environment and can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Essential requirements of the position:
· Positive and Can-Do attitude
· Have strong problem resolution/decision making skills
· High level of Attention to Detail
· A proactive and energetic approach to your work
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
This role would be well suited to a recent graduate or a holder of a diploma of Logistics.
