About the Role
This position will see you leading and nurturing a large sized team, all whilst process improving, having exposure to BAU and managing the delivery of the payroll function.
Duties:
- Lead, nurture and mentor members of the team
- Regularly conduct data audits and identify areas of improvement
- Ensure governance and compliance practices are controlled
- Maintain the highest degree of quality with regards to policies and procedures
- Ensure the overall delivery of the payroll function, liaising with stakeholders & executive team members
Skills and Experience
- Strong people management experience
- SAP experience preferred but not essential
- Proven experience within high volume environments is desirable
- Strong proven ability to manage and lead a team
- Outstanding communication skills between colleagues and third parties
- Strong understanding of complex EBA's and Awards
