Reporting to the Group Director, Sales and Distribution, this position is responsible for managing our most important relationships with Corporate and Entertainment Travel Management Companies. You will play a pivotal role in driving the continual growth of Crystalbrook Collection and be responsible for leading Strategic Partnerships to enhance the company’s market position, increase revenue streams and foster successful long-term relationships with key customers.
You will naturally:
- Foster exceptional partnerships across all business units within our global account portfolio
- Work closely with each hotel to innovate and develop sales strategies and networking opportunities
- Nurture commercial opportunities and be laser focused on revenue driven activity
- Lead negotiations and ensure best in class governance
- Attend events and networking opportunities
- Utilise technology and innovate robust database management processes to ensure ongoing success
You will already have established Sales and Account Management experience from Hotels, Tourism and/or Hospitality coupled with a passion for business relationships. You will be well organised, results driven, accountable and motivated by all things innovative, creative and collective.
