The Accounts Executive at Mediquip plays a pivotal role in supporting the marketing and Sales teams in driving sales growth within the consumable’s product portfolio. This role is responsible for the generation and qualification of sales leads primarily within our existing expansive customer base and to drive the conversion of new sales opportunities working as part of the Healthcare Team to deliver accelerated growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Sales Growth – Act as the driving force behind lead generation and sales growth for our consumable business
- Key Account Management – work closely with the projects & tenders team to leverage sales opportunities with key accounts. Engage with key stakeholders to drive regular and repeat purchases.
- Marketing Integration – Utilize marketing activities to progress and nurture leads throughout the sales conversion funnel
- Prospecting and Targeting - Leverage internal data sources and publicly available information to develop target prospecting lists for specific product campaigns
- Sales Inquiries Management- Manage consumables sales inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, follow up, and proactively work to manage pipeline and close deals
- CRM Utilization - Utilize and apply the CRM system in accordance with guidelines to ensure effective management of customer interactions and sales processes
- Performance Targets - Achieve assigned customer activity targets and sales growth targets
- Client Communication - Effectively communicate technical information to Healthcare clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
Requirements
- Proven Track record in sales, bonus if you have worked in the Healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Open mind to think outside the box.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft office suite
