- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Coordinate policy renewals, conduct coverage reviews, and advise clients on adjustments to their insurance portfolios.
- Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with insurance carriers to secure the most favorable coverage for clients.
- Assist clients in navigating the claims process, advocating on their behalf with insurance carriers.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures in all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in underwriting, claims, and other departments to deliver comprehensive insurance solutions.
- Tier 1 broking certification (essential).
- 5 years+ experience in insurance sales or account management.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and industry trends.
