About the opportunity..
We are seeking an Account Executive (AE) to join the team, in Melbourne or Auckland. As an Account Executive, you will represent the entire range of ELMO products, ensuring client needs and expectations are met, and the client is recognising value from the ELMO solution.
The Account Executive will work in close partnership with the Regional Account Director and participate in active account planning throughout the financial year, new revenue opportunities as well as be responsible for an individual portfolio of 60-80 clients.
Responsibilities:
- Meet targets for profitable sales volume and engage customers proactively.
- Build relationships with key customer contacts, optimising resources for client solutions.
- Assist in effective client solution consultation and collaborate on renewals and value-add.
- Increase product coverage and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Account Management Team on acquisition strategies and Salesforce and Gong management.
- Articulate ELMO's offerings for various audiences internally and externally, collaborating closely with Marketing.
- Work collaboratively with Solutions Consultants on new module demonstration
- Minimum 1-3 years B2B customer facing experience
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skill
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to suit a wide range of people and contexts to internal and external customer
- Proven ability to create, manage and prioritise multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Commercial awareness of business operations and upsell components to the sales lifecycle
- Both self-motivated and a team collaborator
- Knowledge of SaaS/HR Processes/HRIS highly desirable
- Previous use of Salesforce
