About the role:
Reporting to the Director - Manitou Partner Management, the Manitou Account Manager is primarily responsible for the handling of the market and its exploitation according to the defined strategic and operational targets. The Manitou Account Manager is the primary liaison between internal and external stake holders ensuring customer centricity is always the primary focus. The primary function of the Manitou Account Manager is to provide customers with an end-to-end solution focusing on Sales and Rentals, Service and Repairs, Parts and Attachments. Furthermore, it is to ensure customer satisfaction is maintained in all dealings with Jungheinrich Australia.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sustainable development of existing customer relationships
- Key focus of developing opportunities for Sales, Rental and after-sales solutions with our primary on Major Key
- Accounts e.g. Department of Defence and Coates Hire
- Planning and execution of customer visits according to targets by customer segments to ensure increased
market exploitation - Identification of potential customers by market observation, research and acquisition
- Securing data quality to enable systematic market processing by recording and complementing customer data, activities and appointments (lead, opportunity and pipeline management (CRM)
- Consulting across business departments for wholistic market exploitation and internal communication with the respective departments according to guidelines (area management)
- Ensuring customer- orientated and qualified solutions in the offer process
- Ensuring a reliable data transfer by recording and handing over relevant information
- Negotiations and timely completion of opportunities according to targets
