You will be working for a BRW Fast 100, Deloitte Technology Fast 50, Deloitte Technology Fast 500 Asia Pacific and CRN top 50 Company. Broadband Solutions 100% Australian owned and is a corporate voice/data service provider.
You will work closely with a team of friendly and committed staff across Australia who are genuinely interested in our customers, business success and the needs of others.
The focus of this position is maintaining and expanding relationships and revenue within a portfolio of existing customers.
Impatient for results, you will enjoy daily calls and meetings to build relationships with your customer base. You will be accustomed to monthly KPI targets and enjoy meeting and exceeding those targets on a regular basis.
Sales experience, presentation skills and report building is essential to this role. As part of the interaction with prospects and customers, important market intelligence is to be obtained to ensure market competitiveness and relationships are maintained.
Travel will be required with this role.
Account Management
- Build and maintain relationships with all key stake holders and customers in the portfolio.
- Serve as the face of the company and be the single point of contact for enquiries and concerns.
- Manage expectations of clients on a timely basis if disruptions occur during service delivery process.
- Maintain regular communication with client decision makers, meeting with them at least quarterly.
- Maintain or exceed current revenue levels from assigned customer portfolio in accordance to KPI's supplied
About you:
- Prior experience as an Account Manager or similar role
- Keen interest in Telecommunications, including data and voice services
- Demonstrated ability to achieve KPI targets
- Work at a faster than average pace
- Comfortable with ongoing change
- Very detail-oriented
- Efficient yet conservative and by the book
- Comfortable making decisions with input/direction from others
- True team player
- Excellent communication skills, friendly yet persuasive
