About the RoleDue to an internal promotion we currently have an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified candidate to take in the role of Distributor and Key Account Manager.
Reporting to our National Sales Manager, in this role you will be responsible for the direct account management of distributor accounts and Key customers across your region.
Central to your success in this position is delivering on the budgeted sales through strategic partnership and execution of business objectives with both key customer and distributor accounts.
The role will require you to drive the customer engagement strategy, whilst also leading joint business plans with critical Distributor and Key customer partners to deliver the sales and distributuion targets.
About youThis role will suit someone who has experience in a similar role, who displays a high level of professionalism, has a ‘can do’ attitude, and is comfortable with autonomy, ambiguity, and adaptability. Essentially you need to be a results-orientated self-starter with high expectations, motivated and enjoy being part of a collaborative and fun team.
You will have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience across Distributor/Key Account management in either FMCG or Healthcare.
- an ability to build, develop and maintain key customer relationships.
- An analytical mindset – enjoy using data to find insights and inform decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and relationship building – you love working cross functionally and value the input of others.
- Experience in sales data analysis and Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional organisational, time management and problem solving skills.
- A high degree of accoutability: you own your decisions.
- Flexibility, resilience and agility – our industry is ever changing and we need to move with it.
