ABOUT YOU
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to play a pivotal role in nurturing long-term partnerships, expanding our service offerings within the sector, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience across all touchpoints.
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities are as follows::
- Build and maintain successful long-term relationships with new and existing clients of UAC.
- Develop and execute strategic accounts plans that deliver on key business initiatives.
- Renew/negotiate contracts in a timely manner and lead all contract discussions.
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance analyses for allocated accounts, providing valuable insights and recommendations
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through consultation and showcasing the benefits of UAC’s suite of products.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients in your allocated portfolio, with timely responses to queries, addressing of any issues and communicating new initiatives.
- Oversee the co-ordination of relevant internal development projects and action assigned UAC key initiatives,
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure the delivery of exceptional customer experience
- Oversee the delivery of new, or expanded services, ensuring the client’s needs and objectives are met,
- Use Data driven insights to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Monitor market trends and developments, anticipating the evolving needs of clients and tailoring valued solutions.
- Undertake competitor analysis and align account strategies to ensure a competitive offering.

Remuneration: The salary range for this position is $131,395.68 - 148,188.69 (includes base salary plus 17% employer superannuation contribution and annual leave loading).
