The Opportunity:
Glama Pak is an industry leading litho-laminate packaging and point of sale display manufacturing company. Boasting the largest Lithographic printers and Die Cutters in Australia, Glama Pak is a one-stop-shop when it comes to litho-laminate packaging. In-house design, corrugating, printing, die cutting and finishing services ensure stringent quality standards are met through every stage of production.
Based at our site in Wodonga an opportunity exists for a vibrant person to join our successful sales team. In this full time, permanent role you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing customer base while sourcing new avenues of business.
The Role
As a hands on, highly self-motivated and proactive Account Manager, you’ll thrive in this highly autonomous and dynamic role. You will have a history of B2B sales and must be able to demonstrate genuine enthusiasm, motivation and reliability as well as have the ability to self-manage. Your strong customer service values are essential and an eye for detail is paramount. You will need to be able to concurrently manage multiple tasks whilst maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is an exciting and diverse role, focused on relationship management and the development your client portfolio across Albury / Wodonga & Griffith regions.
With a solid history in account management and B2B Sales within manufacturing or FMCG you will:
- Be responsible for the sales and relevant reporting for the allocated customer base across Wodonga and Griffith
- Drive above budget results, through identifying new business opportunities as well as grow and retain current customers
- Liaise with all relevant departments to drive mutually profitable outcomes promoting the “One Visy”
- Comfortable with regular travel to Griffith, NSW
You will succeed in this role if:
You have solid previous experience as an Account Manager ideally within the Packaging, label, print, manufacturing or FMCG industry
- Technically savvy, you can really work those spreadsheets and the entire MS office package
- You are able to build rapport with personnel at all levels - building relationships will be key for success in this role
- You are a clear and confident communicator and as such you can positively influence outcomes to achieve outstanding results for both your customer and Visy!
