The Role:
- Further develop lasting relationships with a diverse client base, becoming a trusted advisor for their business needs.
- Dive deep into customer operations to align our solutions with their goals, fostering long-term success.
- Proactively manage sales cycles, from generating leads to building compelling proposals and closing deals.
- Keep the team up to date on sales activities, providing reports and forecasts to shape business strategies.
- Attend regular face to face and teams meetings with our valued clients.
- Lead strategic quarterly business reviews with key clients to reinforce partnerships, review strategy and identify growth opportunities.
- Strive to achieve customer service and sales excellence.
- Develop and execute innovative account plans that promote retention and uncover new business within existing relationships.
- Deliver prompt service to customer queries, enhancing their experience.
- Offer robust after-sales support, addressing any concerns with efficiency and empathy.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring seamless renewals and continuity for our clients.
- Serve as the liaison between customers and our internal teams, guaranteeing a collaborative approach to fulfill all service and product needs.
- Continuously evaluate customer satisfaction and voice client feedback internally to foster improvements and innovation.
- Engage with new prospect clients to show the value of our products, services, support and customer service to win new business.
- Australian PR or Citizenship can only be considered for this role
- Previous experience in a similar IT Sales / Account Management role
- Built a solid relationship with your assigned customers
- Exceed the expectations of the customers and clients
- Develop a deep understanding of the clients business, their current and future plans
- Build sales pipeline by identifying opportunities to position new technology or make use of existing
- Ensure technology is kept up to date and running effectively
- Present well and professionally at all times whilst keeping Cyber security front of mind
- A current Australian driver's license
