About the Position:
As an experienced Account Manager, you’ll:
– Manage a portfolio of Key Clients.
– Proactively maintain client relationships through ongoing interactions and regular reviews.
– Recruit and manage external workforce teams to meet our client needs.
– Cross-sell other services offered by our agency.
– Coordinate and resolve issues and queries relating to rates, EBA’s, Safety and payroll.
Skills and Experience:
To thrive in this dynamic role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
– Prior Agency based Account Management experience and a solid understanding of the Blue Collar labour-hire industry.
– Demonstrated ability in client relationship management and organic client growth.
– Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and effective time management.
– Proficiency in using Recruitment Systems such as FastTrack, Broadbean, Smart AI
– Ability to thrive in a team environment and deliver under pressure.
