Client Business Manager
- Hybrid role based in Sydney office, MacMahons Point

The Position
- Key liaison between external clients and wider procurement and client services teams to grow and retain contracts.
- Work with clients and Foodbuy team to continuously identify and deliver excellence in service delivery, including supplier performance, compliance and in developing new ideas (including increased scope of services), to grow the relationship and account over time.
- Lead Foodbuy client member meetings, take ownership of account - providing insights and innovations on behalf of wider Foodbuy Team
- Own and lead the structure/timeline on Foodbuy Member client mobilisations.
- Utilise Foodbuy resources and relationships to support and develop benefit program.
- Deconstructing and analysing situations and problem solving through to execution and closure.
- Able to demonstrate commercial acumen.
The Person:
- Previous account management experience, 3+ years (hospitality sector is preferred but not required)
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Commercial acumen is expected.
- Excellent decision-making skills
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills
- Customer focussed
