In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key accounts to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. - Manage and nurture relationships with existing key accounts
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding business with key accounts
- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and delivery of products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to key accounts
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent negotiation and business development skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of the payment solutions industry is a plus
