Your New Role
- Manage a portfolio of commercial business, present options to clients and agree on a course to implement.
- Establish and maintain regular contact with clients, updating them on market trends.
- Grow and retain business and prepare monthly compliance declarations.
- Issue policy renewal documents, invoices, payment options and premiums.
- Sharing knowledge and expertise on products and services.
What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this position, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:
- Tier 1 level qualification in Insurance broking.
- Diploma of Financial service - Insurance Broking (Desirable).
- 5+ years of industry experience.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills.
- Advanced computer literacy, exposure to Insight, sunrise & SVU (desirable).
- Attention to detail and effective administration skills.
- Proficiency in negotiation, planning, and execution when working with stakeholders.
