Looking for a highly motivated Account Manager to work with the Insurance team looking after all facets of insurance from renewals, endorsements, business development, claims management, account remarketing and report management. Your New Role

• Manage a portfolio of commercial business, present options to clients and agree on a course to implement.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with clients, updating them on market trends.
• Grow and retain business and prepare monthly compliance declarations.
• Issue policy renewal documents, invoices, payment options and premiums.
• Sharing knowledge and expertise on products and services.

What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this position, you'll need the following skills and qualifications:

• Tier 1 level qualification in Insurance broking.
• Diploma of Financial service - Insurance Broking (Desirable).
• 5+ years of industry experience.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and customer service skills.
• Advanced computer literacy, exposure to Insight, sunrise & SVU (desirable).
• Attention to detail and effective administration skills.
• Proficiency in negotiation, planning, and execution when working with stakeholders.
