Account Manager

As an Account Manager, you will have complete ownership of a set of our key customer accounts, and manage renewals, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. You will provide end-to-end support through their adoption, and form trusted relationships within the customer organisation.

What are your responsibilities?

• Primary ownership and accountability for ensuring customer growth, satisfaction and retention within assigned accounts
• Develop new business opportunities in your existing customer portfolio to meet upgrade and cross-sell revenue targets
• Create, maintain and execute plans for key accounts
• Collaborate with implementation partners
• Use solution selling expertise to respond to customer requirements and offer deeper value from the Zoho suite
• Forecast and track key account metrics
• Develop and further enhance relationships with existing customers and accounts

 What do we need from you?

• Preferred 3-5 years of remote sales / account management experience in a B2B SaaS product company
• Proven track record of growing business from existing customer accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets
• Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting key value proposition
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with consultative professional business acumen
• Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment
• Open to domestic travel
• Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting
• Basic knowledge about software development and a prior experience with programming will be an advantage.
