As an Account Manager, you will have complete ownership of a set of our key customer accounts, and manage renewals, up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. You will provide end-to-end support through their adoption, and form trusted relationships within the customer organisation.
What are your responsibilities?
- Primary ownership and accountability for ensuring customer growth, satisfaction and retention within assigned accounts
- Develop new business opportunities in your existing customer portfolio to meet upgrade and cross-sell revenue targets
- Create, maintain and execute plans for key accounts
- Collaborate with implementation partners
- Use solution selling expertise to respond to customer requirements and offer deeper value from the Zoho suite
- Forecast and track key account metrics
- Develop and further enhance relationships with existing customers and accounts
What do we need from you?
- Preferred 3-5 years of remote sales / account management experience in a B2B SaaS product company
- Proven track record of growing business from existing customer accounts and consistently exceeding revenue targets
- Ability to deliver effective presentations and product demos highlighting key value proposition
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with consultative professional business acumen
- Comfortable working independently in a distributed and remote environment
- Open to domestic travel
- Comfortable using tools such as CRM for process management and reporting
- Basic knowledge about software development and a prior experience with programming will be an advantage.
