Your Role at St John WA:
As an Account Manager – Industrial Medical Services you with join the supportive and evolving Industry Medical Services team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be responsible for effectively managing a portfolio of our biggest commercial accounts and remote facilities.
You will collaborate with the Industry Medical Services team through customer-facing activities, resourcing and managing site-based personnel. You will also support the Business Development Activities from an operational perspective by onboarding new clients associated with sales and growth strategies.
What you’ll do:
- Recruit, mobilise, maintain and manage a pool of suitably qualified medical staff for the accounts under management.
- Manage and provide leadership and guidance to IMS personnel for all matters regarding recruitment and mobilisation.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers by performing account management duties and establishing performance feedback to the business unit for purpose of enhancing the quality of service.
- Effective, proactive engagement with customers and utilising problem-solving skills to ensure that the customer needs are understood and met wherever possible.
- Maintain a good knowledge of services and pricing to be able to answer customer queries.
- Monitor and ensure all SJA industry site medical facilities, equipment and ambulance vehicles are maintained to an acceptable standard and always kept in an operational state.
What you’ll need:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the provision recruitment, selection, and appointment services
- Strong understanding of staff mobilisation processes and agency recruitment.
- Experience in computer software applications including CRM programs and online recruitment systems.
- Experience managing corporate accounts preferably with a commercial consultancy.
- Exceptional communication, organisational skills and ability to meet set deadlines.
