We now have a new role due to our continued high growth to manage and support existing customers of System Squared. Some of our key vendor partnerships include HPI, Lenovo, Dell, HPE, Microsoft, Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet and many others.
Your New Role:
As an Account Manager you will work with stakeholders such as company executives, services, operations and logistic teams as well as external suppliers to manage the day to day requirements of a portfolio of our existing small to large enterprise customers.
Using your well-developed customer experience and quoting skills, you will develop and maintain critical trust within your customers. You will effectively manage quoting, general customer enquiries, build genuine trust based partnerships with customers by always having a focus on the customers success.
You may be required to gain industry certifications, respond with genuine urgency and care whilst working in the office based in York St in the city, our Integration Centre based in Thornleigh, on customer sites and remotely as requried.
What you'll be doing:
· Building trust with customers and suppliers in a friendly and professional manner
· Working with customers to find the right hardware or software solution for their needs, ensuring an excellent customer experience from quoting to ordering
· Responding to customer requests with urgency, exceptional attention to detail and genuine care for our customer needs.
· Be accountable for building a territory to support your continued success
· Positively contribute to our team culture of acting and thinking differently to our competitors, our success is in enabling our customers
Criteria:
You will be passionate about helping businesses thrive and possess;
· Minimum of 3+ years with a technology reseller, distributor or vendor preferably in a similar position with direct day to day customer experience
· Great interpersonal and communication skills
· Proven ability to grow existing and win new business with major technology brands including HPI, Lenovo, Dell and many others
· Customer service experience dealing with demanding customers
· Ability to problem solve and work autonomously
· Experience selling End User Compute, licensing, managed services and professional services strongly desired
· Ability to work well under pressure within a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
· Team player, working collaboratively to exceed expectations
