My client, a multi branched fastening company, 100% Australian owned that is based in Melbourne. They are a highly focused specialist fasteners and associated products distributor servicing the Manufacturing, Engineering, Construction, Maintenance, Petro-Chemical, Transport, Energy and Power Industries, primarily throughout the Victorian marketplace.
They are looking to acquire a new Account Manager for their North Melbourne branch to look after a prestigious portfolio of clients. If you think you have what it takes, apply below.
About The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and growing existing account holders as well as maximizing new business opportunities with the focus on continually improving sales and margin.
You will provide pricing and quotations for new and existing account holders with a high level of customer satisfaction and liaising with Internal staff to ensure we deliver on our promise.
We will provide you with training and the tools to be successful in this role.
About You:
- Demonstrated experience in sales is essential.
- Passion, result-oriented and ambitious.
- Ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and analyse sales data.
- An appreciation for the importance of good relationships.
- Key account management.
- Strong work ethic.
- To be able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Oracle / NetSuite would be advantageous.

Salary Expectations:
Base $80,000 - $100,000 + Super 11% + Company Car + Commission
