OPPORTUNITY
- Cultivate and nurture strong, enduring relationships with clients in the construction and concrete sector, positioning yourself as a reliable and knowledgeable partner. Key customers will include Builders, Consultants, Concrete contractors and suppliers and some Engineers.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal cross-functional teams, acting as the bridge between clients and project execution to ensure flawless coordination and successful project delivery.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends and market shifts, leveraging your insights to identify emerging opportunities for business growth and staying one step ahead of the competition.
- Construct persuasive proposals that effectively communicate the unique value proposition of products and services, resonating with clients' needs.
- Provide exceptional, end-to-end support to clients, proactively addressing concerns and issues, and going the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction, reflecting our client's commitment to lasting partnerships.
CANDIDATE
- Prior experience in account management, sales, or business development, ideally within the concrete or construction industry.
- Knowledge of the ready-mix, admixture / concrete additives market would be highly desirable although not essential
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build connections with clients and collaborate effectively across teams.
- A forward-thinking and innovative mindset, capable of devising creative solutions to overcome client challenges.
- Results-driven orientation with a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivation and strong organisational abilities to manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
