Role Responsibilities:
- Providing sales support and facilitating seamless onboarding experiences for new clients.
- Maintaining regular communication and managing accounts for both new and existing clients.
- Cultivating and nurturing strong client relationships through timely and professional assistance.
- Maximizing client conversion rates for assigned leads in Japan and other regions.
- Guiding clients through the sales pipeline with personalized attention.
- Addressing client inquiries related to account management promptly and effectively.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of innovative procedures and processes.
Essential Candidate Criteria:
- 2+ years experience in phone based sales or an account management position
- Fluent in Japanese language.
- Exceptional phone etiquette.
- Proficient in face-to-face and presentation skills.
- Strong written communication abilities in both English and Japanese.
- Demonstrated customer-centric approach.
- Analytical thinking and adept at troubleshooting day-to-day challenges.
- Comfortable with computer usage and possess above-average data entry skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in customer service, sales, and account management.
- Interest or knowledge in Financial Markets.
