Your Main Duties
We are ideally looking for someone who, put simply, has the ability to sell. The successful person will need to demonstrate capability in:
- Site visits upon request from external and internal stakeholders and securing new business opportunities with customers and prospects by generating demand for our products
- Identifying new prospects to generating demand and building sales pipeline
- Providing sales quotes and estimates
- Liaising and following up with customers and contractors to convert quotes into sales
- Maintaining & growing established relationships and accounts
- Managing customer accounts through proactive project anticipation and providing solutions
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through after sales service and support
What You Can Bring
- Minimum 3 years of Sales experience (ideally in the Building and Construction industry)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- A strategic mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively build rapport and maintain networks/relationships with developers, stakeholders and customers
- Experience using a CRM system
- Can-do attitude and willing to go the extra mile
- Excellent memory to learn our extensive product range
- Knowledge in building products is a plus, but not essential
- Savvy working with computer systems
- White card holder (preferable)
- Your own work vehicle (essential)
- Ability to speak Chinese language (advantageous)
Working Hours
Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
The position requires 45 hours per week and you must be available to work some Saturdays
