An excellent opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, focused and dedicated person to join the Padstow team managing and growing new and existing key industrial clients.
Your day will include:
- Identifying and managing Organic growth within existing Client portfolio
- Identifying New business opportunities through various sales initiatives
- Partnering with clients to provide effective recruitment solutions
- Regular client visits and candidate interaction to maintain and develop existing partnerships
- Conducting daily Start Ups across various Client Sites – flexibility with hours is essential
- Championing a safety culture through regular site inductions and toolbox talks
- Assisting the Operations Team including daily rosters and maintenance of database
What you'll bring to the table:
- Recruitment industry experience
- A track record of providing service and sales excellence
- The ability to work under pressure
- Communicate and influence effectively
- A genuine passion for labour hire
- Have a natural ability to lead from the front
- Be able to network and build relationships
