- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities in the transportation and logistics sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, including, manufacturers, distributors, and other key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements in accordance with company policies and objectives.
- Track performance indicators to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Tracked ability of bringing new linehaul contracts for the company
