Position Overview:
As a B2B Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new corporate clients. Your primary focus will be on establishing and maintaining strong relationships with businesses looking to enhance their employee engagement, strengthen client relationships, or express gratitude through our premium hamper gifts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential B2B clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
- Generate leads and build a robust pipeline of potential corporate customers.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct effective sales presentations to showcase our range of hamper gifting solutions.
- Understand the unique needs of each client and tailor proposals to meet their specific requirements.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Account management of our existing B2B Database to ensure they remain satisfied with the product and service provided.
Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the sales & marketing team to create impactful campaigns and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
Customisation and Personalisation:
- Work closely with clients to customise hampers based on their preferences, branding, budget and occasions.
- Ensure a seamless and positive client experience throughout the customisation process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Full Drivers License Required
