As an Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations. You'll be responsible for building and converting a state-based sales pipeline with medium to high-end customers. But you won't be doing it alone. You'll be part of a successful and supportive team where your growth and success are our top priorities. This full-time position will report to our nurturing National Sales Manager (Consumables & VIP), who will work hand in hand to ensure the best service.
The position will be responsible for
- Conducting scheduled customer outbound calls for closing sales
- Gathering information regarding accounts and assessing purchasing patterns
- Utilise various marketing programs/processes to enhance customer intimacy for our business.
- Follow up on new warm leads for VIP hardware and software.
- Maintain accuracy and currency of customer account details.
- Ensure customer service levels are always met.
The successful applicant will:
- Have experience in a Sales position.
- A car and driver's licence
- Be willing to learn.
- Have the fire in the belly to succeed!
- Love the thrill of the chase!
- Enjoy dealing with people and providing excellent customer service.
