This role will suit either an accomplished Account Manager or a 360-recruiter looking to translate their cold BD experience into a warmer environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities within the contractor and permanent space, focusing on long-term growth. Develop strategies to enhance client relationships and expand your incoming business.
Client Management: Act as the POC for all enquires, reporting and client feedback sessions, be the advocate for the MSA client in the market and feedback constructive information to support the relationship and competitive edge of the client while building strong, lasting relationships.
Contractor Engagement: Implement strategies for high-volume contractor growth, satisfaction and retention. Address issues promptly, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
Required Experience:
Proven track record in a recruitment business development role, either as a 360 recruiter or an Account Manager role.
Experience with contract recruitment and running a book
Strong interpersonal and networking skills, ideally within the IT sector
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
Commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
