About the role
This is a permanent full time opportunity based in our HQ in Ultimo (2007), five minute walking distance to Broadway Shopping Centre!
We're looking for someone to be part of something special! It's an exciting time in the Writer Services Department, and we now have a proactive Account Management structure for our key Writer members. We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about becoming an expert in their field.
You definitely do not need to know everything on day one, but your dedication to learning about our business and understanding the Writer member landscape is essential. If you are ready for something different, we want to hear from you!
In this role you will:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with assigned members and their teams.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of member portfolio including service developments, activity, performance, and industry trends to ensure service remains optimum and member opportunities are always considered.
- Develop a wholistic understanding of APRA AMCOS’ business operations. As an expert, you’ll be the go-to person for both internal and external queries related to your assigned writer members
- Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of Service Level Agreements set for both internal staff communications and external member correspondence.
- Work alongside other internal team to research and identify emerging writer members.
- Assist other internal teams to track and monitor reportable performances.
- Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our service offerings
To be successful in this role you will:
