This dynamic and fast paced office requires an administration Executive Assistant to ensure compliance, client management, and account management meets the strict requirements for the Real Estate Industry. You will need to have your Real Estate Certificate of Registration to allow you to do your role effective. The job entails being responsible for managing, organising, checking and overseeing the client files that are provided to you.

You will report directly to the business owner and work closely with them to achieve the best results both internally and externally for the office.
