About your new role
Our high-performing In-House team in Hendra - who source and place blue-collar workers such as Gardeners and General Labourers is looking for an experienced Account Specialist to come on board.
The role involves managing an existing client relationship with a key local government council, where you will source and manage suitable candidates for their vacancies. It's a fast paced, highly collaborative environment that can reward your efforts with commission as well as your base salary + super.
A day in your new role
- Growing and managing the relationship with the client
- Developing candidate attraction strategies, screening and placing quality candidates
- Achieving individual and team revenue targets and KPIs
- Connecting with hiring managers and on-site contractors regularly
What you will need to succeed
- Do you have great people skills and experience in high-volume recruitment?
- Are you a problem solver who can get the job done and the role placed?
- Do you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment?
- Do you like working closely with your team as well as independently?
- Do you have your drivers licence? As you will be required to drive across Brisbane.
