A growing company is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Specialist!
You will be working within a successful mortgage broking firm, speaking with existing clients and identifying the best person to assist them with their finance needs.
Ideal for someone who is customer focused, outgoing and ready to learn and understand the mortgage broking industry.
Responsibilities
- Answering incoming client calls and identifying the best person to assist.
- Liaising with existing clients to assess if we can assist with further lending.
- Following up with clients regarding any outstanding items.
- Submitting pricing requests to get the best result for the client.
- General administration assistance as required throughout the business.
Requirements
Proactive and customer focused, this role will suit an applicant who is comfortable on the phone and willing to learn the finance industry.
- Client orientated with genuine desire to support your customers.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience in the finance industry is advantageous but not essential
- Enjoy being part of a team and contributing to a positive environment.
