This family owned, building materials organisation is a true market leader and has a long history of success. The business environment is fast-paced, and entrepreneurial yet also very family friendly and balanced. This position will report into the passionate and dynamic Directors and work closely with a dedicated external Finance Consultant. 

A broad and exciting role, an internal progression opportunity to Finance Manager level is also on offer. Key duties of the job will include:

• Monthly financial and management reporting
• Analysis of key financial data and advising senior management on strategic planning
• Business partnering with external stakeholders
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Overseeing accounting procedures and supervising junior financial department staff
• Monitoring auditing and taxation practices, as well as evaluating benefits and compensation packages
• Balance sheet reconciliations 
• Ad hoc projects and process improvements

You will be CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years experience in a commercial finance role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing industry. In addition you will have fantastic communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving qualities, and can articulate finance to non-finance stakeholders.
