AddressSupport Foundation is NDIS service provider that provides various support services to its clients. We're growing every day and an exciting position of Accountant has become available for a motivated and passionate individual wanting to further their career.
Tasks and Responsibilities
· Prepare financial statements and reporting.
· Helping develop budgetary and accounting policies.
· Ensuring compliance with accounting policies, regulations, and industry standards.
· Manage audit and compliance and group reporting package.
· Analyzing operating costs and the income and expenditures of organizations.
· Monitor and analyse financial data, identifying trends and variances with emphasis on capital expenditure, personnel costs and operating expense review
· Preparing tax return and BAS lodgements.
· Manage month-end processes including journal review, preparation of monthly management accounts and reconciliations.
· Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documents and explanations for NDIS transactions.
· Advice on finance, possible fraud, insolvency and taxation to the management.
· Implementing and managing accounting systems and advising on the selection and use of various accounting tools and software.
· Assisting with other accounting tasks, as required.
Qualification and Experience
· Must have completed at least bachelor's degree in accounting.
· Minimum 2 years of experience.
· Must be able to work independently.
· Skill of financial reporting, budgeting and analytics.
