The Opportunity
As a Business Analyst (IT) within the Digital & Technology function, you will support with project driven initiatives to enhance efficiencies and improvements across the business. In this role, you will work with relevant stakeholder groups to understand requirements and feed this information to the architecture team to set them up for success.
This is a permanent full-time opportunity and will be based onsite in Macquarie Park with hybrid working options available.
Some of the tasks:
- Gather and document business and system requirements from business and IT stakeholders for projects & initiatives
- Develop AS-IS and TO-BE Business process documentation
- Provide insight to the architecture team to support with project work
- Support the development of business cases on identified initiatives
- Develop UAT test cases and support user acceptance testing post implementation
Some of the skills:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business analysis within a project led environment
- Experience in supporting large scale, complex projects
- Previous analytical and problem-solving experience within a large business.
- Involvement in end-to-end user acceptance testing
- High level written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in HR, Finance, or Supply chain domains highly regarded
