Our client, a reputable manufacturing organisation based at Beresfield, is seeking an experienced Bookkeeper on a permanent capacity to join their busy close-knit team.
This role is paying $80,000 - $100,000 plus Super, dependent on experience.
Your new role
Your expertise in bookkeeping and attention to detail will contribute to the smooth financial operations.
Your day-to-day duties will include, but not limited to;
- Bookkeeping/transactions processing
- Accounts reconciliation, Bank, Debtors, Creditors etc.
- Manage Payroll processing and associated records and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Accurate data entry
- Prepare BAS, IAS and PAYG Payment Summaries
- Liaise with clients to answer queries
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports
- General Administration
What you'll need to succeed
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Efficient time management skills
- Ability to learn /adapt quickly
- Ability to manage high volumes of work and adhere to strict deadlines
- Ability to take a pro-active approach and work autonomously
