Accountant

Global Training Academy based in Bankstown is seeking to hire an experienced Accountant to join their growing team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities will include:

• Analysing client income and expenses
• Preparing financial statements
• Creating budgets and forecasts
• Preparing financial reports for management
• Managing cash flows and investments
• Advising on accounting processes and business plans
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements

To succeed in this role, the successful candidate will ideally possess the following skills:

• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
• A methodical approach and attention to detail
• Good technical skills and proficiency in accounting software and Excel
• General business knowledge to understand the big picture
• Mathematical and numerical aptitude
• Good communication skills for effectively liaising with non-financial professionals in other departments

Qualifications and experience required:

- Bachelors degree or higher

- At least 2 years working experience
