Our client is an established, successful and growing firm, looking for an exceptional Office Manager/Administator with Accounting firm experience to join their collaborative, supportive and professional team. Your previous experience within an accounting firm will be highly regarded.Core Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive assistance to the accountants and directors to free them up of any administrative tasks.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Maintaining client database.
- Liaise with the Australian Taxation Office and other government departments.
- Corporate secretarial work including annual statements, minutes, and ASIC changes.
- Monitoring WIP, lodgements and workflow.
- Establishment of new entities; companies, trusts, self-managed super funds, etc.
- Support the admin team with reception duties when required.
- Must have experience navigating ATO and ASIC systems.
- Good MS Office skills including intermediate level MS Excel.
- Previous experience working in an Accounting Firm, or Financial Services sector.
- Exceptional stakeholder relationship management skills, both at the individual and corporate level.
- A high level of attention to detail and initiative.
