About the role:
As we expand our horizons, we are on the lookout for individuals who are enthusiastic, self-driven, and ready to contribute their skills to our collective success. The newly created position of Accountant will play a critical role in supporting our day to day bookkeeping, payroll processing and day to day accounting operation across entities. key responsibilities include.
Job Responsibilities:
- Weekly bank and point of sales reconciliation.
- Monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly journals.
- Processing and preparing weekly payroll reports.
- Perform monthly stock reconciliations of physical counts.
- Maintaining relationships with staff across all sites.
- Perform monthly stock reconciliations of physical counts.
- Reconciliation of monthly invoices paid against suppliers.
- Various administration duties.
Required Experience:
- At least 1-2 year demonstrated experience working in an accounts role - payables, receivables, accounts clerk.
- Capability to use Excel.
- Demonstrated experience using Xero.
- Confident communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience in Mobile Accessories industry.
