Reporting directly to the Management Accountant, you will have the opportunity and autonomy to make this role your own. You will be key in supporting our business and the finance team. You will also be exposed to all aspects of finance activities as part of your day-to-day. 

Key Responsibilities

• Undertake Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Administer Internal Capital and Job Orders
• Complete Capex Reports (liaise with project managers)
• Maintain Fixed asset Register
• Assist other departments with detailed expense analysis
• Assist Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable where required
• Undertake General Ledger Processing / Journals  month end etc.
• BAS Statement Preparation
• General ledger Account Reconciliations

What you’ll bring…..

• Demonstrated experience in (internal) finance
• Working knowledge of finance acumen
• Ability to build rapport and effectively influence and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders 
• Attention to detail
• Be passionate and have a down to earth approach
