Your Role: As an integral member of our team, you will oversee our financial operations, report directly to the CEO, and have the chance to advance your career as the company evolves. Your responsibilities encompass the entire finance spectrum, including:
- Transaction management
- Financial record keeping
- Monthly financial reporting
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Debtor management
- Invoice and statement preparation
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit application management
- Financial reporting and analysis
- GST and FBT reporting
- Financial liaison and support
- Grant application assistance
About You:
- CPA or CA certification (candidates in the process of obtaining or with equivalent experience are welcome)
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience
- Proficient in Accounting Standards
- Advanced Excel and system skills (Xero experience advantageous)
- Independent and proactive
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Pharmaceutical/Clinical Trials Background (desirable, but not essential)
