Netstrata Group, a leading property management company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Team. As a key member of the team you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing the financial functions of the Strata Schemes under Netstrata management.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Operations:
- Handle correspondence and daily transactions promptly.
- Manage new client financial onboarding.
- Oversee Term Deposit set up, maturity, and renewals.
- Prepare manual journals and provide relief for team members.
- Collaborate with the Financial Controller for effective accounting support.
Monthly Tasks:
- Process Strata Plan administration charges and assist with EOY reports.
- Support external auditors and advise strata managers on financial statements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years accounting experience.
- Experience in strata accounting or related field is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
