Accountant

Netstrata Group, a leading property management company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Finance Team. As a key member of the team you will play a crucial role in managing and analyzing the financial functions of the Strata Schemes under Netstrata management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Operations:

• Handle correspondence and daily transactions promptly.
• Manage new client financial onboarding.
• Oversee Term Deposit set up, maturity, and renewals.
• Prepare manual journals and provide relief for team members.
• Collaborate with the Financial Controller for effective accounting support.

Monthly Tasks:

• Process Strata Plan administration charges and assist with EOY reports.
• Support external auditors and advise strata managers on financial statements.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years accounting experience.
• Experience in strata accounting or related field is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
